Beans with sausage and bacon

If you like beans, you will enjoy this traditional Catalonian recipe.

200g cooked beans

1 white sausage

Bacon

1 onion

1 clove garlic

Mint leaves

Oil

Salt

Pepper

White wine

Preparació
  1. Cut the bacon and sausage into pieces.
  2. Dice the onion and garlic.
  3. In a skillet, add the oil and cook the meat.
  4. When the meat is done, remove from the pan.
  5. In the same frying pan in which the meat was cooked, sauté the onion and
  6. garlic.
  7. Add a dash of white wine and the mint leaves and let reduce.
  8. Add the beans and salt. Cook for seven minutes.
  9. Add the meat back to the pan, cover and simmer.
